Haven’t said that about a book, in a while, but yes, I think that word sums it up perfectly.
A modern fable??……actually, a ‘future fable’, a wee, charming, engrossing,uplifting ( and at times sad) tale of, well you’ll have to buy it and read it to understand!!
Beautifully written, in an unusual style ( for me) but nonetheless, as others have said “I did not want it to end”…
